Item No. 3 <br /> PC : 5-19-88 <br /> SA-88-31 <br /> Page 4 <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where appli- <br /> cable. <br /> ( 2 ) The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where appli- <br /> cable. <br /> (3) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plan. <br /> ( 4) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit . <br /> ° "No grading is contemplated; drainage is shown on the <br /> original plans . " <br /> c . The Development Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> ( 1 ) Parking shall be provided for the physically han- <br /> dicapped. The space(s) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance . <br /> ( 2 ) Identification signs for the parking space(s) , <br /> including the "tow away" sign, shall be provided at <br /> each entrance or be visible from each space. <br /> ( 3 ) The slope of the parking space(s) shall not exceed 1/4 <br /> inch per foot . <br /> ° "This property will not be accessible to the public. <br /> Therefore, these items should not be required. " <br /> Planning Division Conditions : <br /> 4 . a.
