COMPLAINT AND DAUGHTER ATE THE KIWI ON <br /> 05/11/20,THEY BOTH BECAME ILL WITH SYMPTOMS OF VOMITING DIARRHEA AND LOW FEVER. THEY ATE IT AT <br /> 9:OOAM AND BECAME ILL WITHIN HALF HOUR. THEY ARE BETTER TODAY. THEY DID NOT GO TO THE DOCTOR. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection conducted this date,the followings were noted: <br /> Kiwi/sungold and Kiwi/organic packages were observed to be in original package and in good condition. <br /> Kiwi packages were observed to be displayed on pallets off the floor and kiwi packages were stored inside the fresh produce <br /> cooler off the floor. No overhead contamination observed. <br /> Inspection report was e-mailed to Tim Stone,Assistant Manager.
