Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. The documentation must include a written job <br /> description (qualifications and duties)and training required. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 118 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following copies of consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous wastes including used oil <br /> and parts washer fluid were not found on site during the inspection: <br /> -4/10/2017 (parts washer fluid) <br /> -6/26/2017(used oil) <br /> -7/13/2017 (parts washer fluid) <br /> -8/7/2017 (used oil) <br /> -10/5/2017 (parts washer fluid) <br /> -3/5/2018 (parts washer fluid) <br /> -5/16/2019 (used oil) <br /> -No used oil disposal records were available for review from 7/1/2019 to 11/30/2019 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all the above listed consolidated manifest receipts and <br /> maintain them on site.
