F 4 <br /> w <br /> PC: 10-1-92 <br /> UP-92-12 <br /> b. The Construction Site Pian shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The spaces shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the'tow away'sign, <br /> at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed '/. Inch per foot (C.C.R, Title 24). <br /> C. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new development constructed when <br /> any portion of an exterior wall of the first story is k)cated more than 150 feet from the <br /> public access road. This road shall be constructed to meet or exceed standards <br /> published in Public Works design standards (Sec.10.203 UFC). The access road must <br /> be fully improved to these standards prior to any final Inspections. <br /> -15- <br />
