A$250.00 fee currently Is <br /> required for processing, per Planning Title Section 9-10502, in addition to a copy of the <br /> Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage improvements. The estimate shall <br /> be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to <br /> be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to Public Works for <br /> approval. As an option, Public Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an <br /> additional fee of$100.00. (Planning Title Section 9-2123) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: 1 <br /> a Construct an Individual sewage disposal system under a permit and Inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development <br /> b. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well permit and Inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division a the time of development <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> run by a State-approved lab. <br /> d. The leach field area will be barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or <br /> used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only <br /> and cannot contain any underground utilities. <br /> e. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oll separator and <br /> discharged to an above-ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> This system must be designed by a registered engineer. If the above-ground holding <br /> facility has to be emptied, the contents will have to be analyzed for any hazardous <br /> material. Specific test requirements can be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements <br /> will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements(C.C.R,Title <br /> 24). <br /> (2) Remove the existing office, metal storage building, and trailer. <br /> (3) Remove the existing tent structure or obtain a building permit for the structure. <br /> (4) Construct an office which complies with all current Code requirements. <br /> -14- <br />
