COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> UP-92-12 <br /> 3 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. (Streets and Highway Title Section 10-3103) <br /> 4 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently are $1, 600. 00 <br /> per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Service Commercial" <br /> $1, 120 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Warehouse" in the Ripon area.
