CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-92-46 <br /> ALPINE PACKING COMPANY <br /> Unless otherwise specified, the approved use shall not be <br /> established nor building permits issued until the applicant has <br /> fulfilled all Conditions of Approval. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary permits have been secured and <br /> remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies <br /> have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. The access road, from Lower Sacramento Road, shall be <br /> improved in accordance with the requirements of the <br /> Uniform Fire Code Section 10. 207, San Joaquin County <br /> Standards F-la, F-lb, F-1c, R-17, and the Lincoln Fire <br /> District and the Stockton Fire District prior to issuance <br /> of the building permit. (San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> No. 3622) <br /> b. Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within the <br /> road right-of-way. (Street and Highway Title Section 10- <br /> 3103) <br /> C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently <br /> is $1, 102 . 00 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Manufacturing" in the Stockton area. If there is no <br /> building permit required, the fee will be exempt.
