The location of any <br /> nighttime security lighting shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> f. At such time when the parcel to the south (APN 084-080- <br /> 02) is no longer used for accessory use purposes, this <br /> Site Approval shall lapse and become void. <br /> g. An Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on- <br /> site parking, existing and proposed utility services, <br /> landscaping and grading, shall be submitted for approval. <br /> Storm drainage/additional run-off shall be retained on- <br /> site, provisions shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> Pond capacity calculations shall be submitted for <br /> approval.
