SA-92-13 OF GEORGE BLANRE <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The proposal is to construct a 50 ' X 100 ' steel storage building <br /> on a 3 . 2 acre lot. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above <br /> application and offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance <br /> of any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. A minimum five-foot-wide planting strip is required <br /> along adjacent streets. The strip shall be continuous <br /> except where crossed by driveways. <br /> b. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas <br /> must be paved and permanently maintained with asphalt <br /> or cement. Bumper guards must be provided where <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. <br /> (Section 9-3704 [a] ) <br /> C. All parking stalls and driveway directions must be <br /> delineated. <br /> d. One loading space shall be provided.
