On- <br /> site driveways and maneuvering areas may be used in <br /> lieu of one of the loading spaces as long as <br /> maneuvering areas for delivery vehicles are provided. <br /> (Section 9-3705) <br /> e. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on <br /> the Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed <br /> to accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on <br /> three sides with a solid wall and with a gate on the <br /> fourth side. <br /> f. No outdoor storage is permitted. <br /> g. Other than the existing billboard, the only sign <br /> allowed shall be a monument sign. <br /> h. An Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, <br /> on-site parking, existing and proposed utility <br /> services, and grading, shall be submitted for approval. <br /> Storm drainage/additional run-off shall be retained in <br /> an on-site pond, provisions shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan.
