CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-92-29 <br /> ROBERT PULLI <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to issuance of any building permits and prior to <br /> the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. Obtain an approved Right-of-Way application. (Planning <br /> Title Section 9-9291{a}) <br /> b. The gravel access driveway to the individual recreational <br /> vehicle storage spaces shall be a one-way, 20-foot <br /> driveway. Directional signs shall be erected and shown <br /> on the Improvement Plan. <br /> C. All driveways, recreational vehicle parking, and <br /> maneuvering areas shall be surfaced with a minimum of <br /> four inches of compacted aggregate base gravel surface to <br /> be maintained with oil to control dust. <br /> d. The lighting shall be directed onto the parking area and <br /> away from neighboring properties. (Planning Title <br /> Section 9-3704{c}) <br /> e. A six-foot chain-link fence with redwood slates shall be <br /> installed along the southerly property line. <br /> f. One trash bin shall be required. The trash bin shall be <br /> kept in an enclosure with solid walls on three sides and <br /> gated on the fourth side. The trash bin location shall <br /> be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> g. Front yard fencing greater than four feet in height shall <br /> be constructed of woven wire, wrought iron, or similar <br /> transparent material. <br /> h. Barbed wire security fencing, exceed two feet in height, <br /> may be erected on top of required or permitted screening <br /> except for screening adjacent to zoned residential areas. <br />
