An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on- <br /> site parking, existing and proposed utility services and <br /> grading shall be submitted for approval. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this development. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $1, 365. 00 per gross square foot of building as <br /> "Warehouse" or $279 . 59 per daily trip-end generated in <br /> the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering <br /> News Record. ) (Resolution R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> b. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The <br /> fee is currently $88 .89 per 1, 000 gross square foot of <br /> building as "Warehouse" . If there is no building permit <br /> required, the fee will be exempt. The fee shall be <br /> automatically increased on January 1 of each year at the <br /> rate of 6. 9 percent.
