JAMES <br /> LATHROP <br /> The plan includes a proposed 1 ' "V" type ditch that <br /> GERALD SCHILBER <br /> ESCALON will direct surface water to a proposed storm retention <br /> CHRISTOPHER K. ELEY pond, with the pond enclosed by a 6 ' chain length fence 1 ' <br /> LEGAL ADVISOR <br /> from the down slope of the pond. <br /> 1. The pond and "V" type ditch should be allowed for <br /> storm water only; other water developed on the property <br /> should be diverted to the existing septic system for <br /> proper disposal. <br /> 2 . The pond and ditch should be maintained <br /> vegetation free so as to prevent vector breeding and <br /> harborage. <br /> 3 . The fence should be built to allow for vector <br /> surveillance and control of the pond and "V" ditch. <br /> Please review the above items for possible inclusion <br /> for requirements of the proposed plan. <br /> Since ely, <br /> John R.
