The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> a . The proposed building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into areas <br /> less than 6 ,000 square feet by area separation walls . <br /> b. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> C. The floor area of the repair shop ( H-4 occupancy) shall <br /> be served by one or more floor drains which shall drain <br /> to an approved grease and oil separator. The separator <br /> shall have prior approval by the Local Health District <br /> before submission to this Division for permits and meet <br /> all the criteria for hazardous waste generation . <br /> 3 . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following : <br /> a . Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space ( s ) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.A.C, Title 24 ) . <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking spaces <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or <br /> visible from each space (C. A.C, Title 24 ) . <br /> c . The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C.A. C, Title 24 ) . <br /> JH/kes <br />
