SA-89-32 OF <br /> JOHN AND MARGARET MARCI (C/O TED A. MOLFINO) <br /> -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The Planning Division has reviewed the above-referenced application and recom- <br /> mends approval subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1 . All maneuvering, parking, and driveway areas shall be surfaced with a min- <br /> imum of 2-1/2 inches of asphaltic concrete over 6 inches of rock base, or <br /> amounts as specified by the Department of Public Works. Parking and <br /> maneuvering areas, for both automobiles and trucks, shall be properly <br /> striped to effect orderly use and circulation and shown on the Improvement <br /> Plan. That plan shall also include typical automobile and truck details <br /> and include an adequate number of truck parking spaces to accommodate <br /> anticipated needs. All parking calculations shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> 2. There shall be no outdoor storage of equipment or material related to the <br /> operation of this approved application. <br /> 3. The trash enclosure shall be located on the AC paving, be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles, be constructed on three sides with <br /> a solid wall and gated on the fourth. Details and location shall be shown <br /> on the Improvement Plan. <br /> 4. The applicant shall secure appropriate permits from the Bureau of Fire <br /> Prevention and the Air Pollution Control District in order to dispense <br /> flammable liquids on-site. <br /> 5. Outdoor security lighting shall be hooded to prevent glare onto Walters <br /> Road (private) and adjacent properties. <br />
