AMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA--89-38 <br /> PAGE 3 <br /> 2 . The floor area of the repair shop (H- 4 occupance ) shall <br /> be served by one or more floor drains which shall drain <br /> to an approved grease and oil separator_ . The :separator <br /> shall have prior approval by the Local Health District <br /> before submission to this Division for permit and meet <br /> all the criteria for hazardous waste generation. <br /> b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material : <br /> 1 . A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U .B.C . , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 (d ) . <br /> 2 . The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable . <br /> 3 . Grading in excess of 5 ,000 cubic yards shall comply <br /> with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements . " <br /> 4 . All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> 5 . All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> 6 . All grading permits are subject to approval by the <br /> other departments . <br /> C . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following : <br /> 1 . Parking shall be provided for the physically <br /> handicapped . The space(s ) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance (C.A.C. , Title 24 . ) . <br /> 2 . Identification signs for the parking space (s ) including <br /> the " tow away" sign , shall be provided at each entrance <br /> or be visible from each space (C .A.C . , Title 24 ) . <br /> 3 . The slope of the parking space ( s ) shall not exceed 1/4 <br /> inch per foot (C .A.C . . Title 24) . <br />
