AMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-89-38 <br /> PAGE 2 <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SEP.VICES <br /> a . Construct a water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. Should <br /> the number of non resident individuals exceed 24 for at <br /> least 60 days per year , or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four , a yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> system under the provisions of Title 22 , CCP., will be <br /> required by the Environmental Health Division . <br /> b . Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water <br /> supply system. <br /> C. State on the Improvement Plans the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for. <br /> d . State on the Improvement Plans that the leach field area <br /> will be barricaded so it can not be driven over, parked on <br /> or used as a storage area . This leach field area must be <br /> used for that specific purpose only and can not contain any <br /> underground utility lines . <br /> e. Refuse , garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored , removed and transported to an approved landfill in <br /> accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 and # 1481 <br /> and Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 , California Government Code , and Title <br /> 14 , CCP.. <br /> f . If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must <br /> register with County Office of Emergency Services . <br /> 3 . BUILDING DIVISION <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> Ordinance Requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1 . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements ( C.A. C . , Title 24) . <br />
