CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL UP-88-20 PAUL & KAY GIRDNER (C/O TERRA GENESIS) All conditions shall be fulfilled prior to approval. of the improve- ment plan, unless otherwise specified. 1 . Planning Division: a. The applicant shall file a Notice of Intent with the State Office of Permit Assistance for Phase III of the project within 30 days of the effective date of the Use Permit . b. No stockpiling of untreated or treated soil shall be per- mitted. c . Access to the project site shall be restricted to Austin Road via State Route 99 . No truck transport associated with the project shall be permitted south of Palm Avenue on Austin Road. d. The improvement plan shall designate a loading/unloading area and demonstrate adequate truck maneuvering area on the project site. e. Noise levels at the property line shall not exceed 65 decibels CNEL. f . The concrete treatment slab shall have a continuous concrete perimeter wall sealed on all sides . g. No treated soil shall be removed from the site until clearance permits have been issued by the Local Health District and/or the State Department of Health Services. h. A perimeter concrete driveway/unloading platform and con- tainment curb shall be constructed of material approved by the Department of Public Works to prevent spillage of con- taminated soil onto the ground. 2 . Department of Public Works: An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, and grading shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. Drainage calculations to size the pond for additional runoff shall be submitted. 3 . Local Health District, Environmental Health Division: a.
