CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> UP-88-20 <br /> PAUL & KAY GIRDNER (C/O TERRA GENESIS) <br /> All conditions shall be fulfilled prior to approval. of the improve- <br /> ment plan, unless otherwise specified. <br /> 1 . Planning Division: <br /> a. The applicant shall file a Notice of Intent with the State <br /> Office of Permit Assistance for Phase III of the project <br /> within 30 days of the effective date of the Use Permit . <br /> b. No stockpiling of untreated or treated soil shall be per- <br /> mitted. <br /> c . Access to the project site shall be restricted to Austin <br /> Road via State Route 99 . No truck transport associated <br /> with the project shall be permitted south of Palm Avenue <br /> on Austin Road. <br /> d. The improvement plan shall designate a loading/unloading <br /> area and demonstrate adequate truck maneuvering area on <br /> the project site. <br /> e. Noise levels at the property line shall not exceed 65 <br /> decibels CNEL. <br /> f . The concrete treatment slab shall have a continuous <br /> concrete perimeter wall sealed on all sides . <br /> g. No treated soil shall be removed from the site until <br /> clearance permits have been issued by the Local Health <br /> District and/or the State Department of Health Services. <br /> h. A perimeter concrete driveway/unloading platform and con- <br /> tainment curb shall be constructed of material approved by <br /> the Department of Public Works to prevent spillage of con- <br /> taminated soil onto the ground. <br /> 2 . Department of Public Works: <br /> An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer, <br /> showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, <br /> and grading shall be submitted to the Department of Public <br /> Works for approval. Drainage calculations to size the pond <br /> for additional runoff shall be submitted. <br /> 3 . Local Health District, Environmental Health Division: <br /> a.
