On 16 April 2002, after completing most of the required reports, the <br /> City of Riverbank requested that the due dates for certain reports be revised. Staff prepared a <br /> draft revised C&A for the City's consideration. As requested, the flow rate limits have been <br /> increased in accordance with supplemental information provided by your consultant on <br /> 18 October 2002. <br /> Enclosed is a copy of Revised Cleanup and Abatement Order(C&A)No. 5-01-703 for the <br /> subject facility.
