(AGE) has prepared this Limited Phase II <br /> Investigation Work Plan for the properties identified as 230 North Stockton Street and 235 North <br /> Washington Street,Lodi,California.The location of the site is illustrated on Figure 1. A plan of the <br /> site is illustrated on Figure 2. <br /> This Work Plan is prepared in accordance with San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) guidelines for procurement of a boring permit. A boring permit application, <br /> application fee and Master File Record(MFR)form are attached.Upon EHD approval of the permit <br /> package,we will schedule field work. AGE will provide EHD with a minimum of 72-hours prior <br /> notice for a grout inspection. <br /> INTRODUCTIONBACKGROUND <br /> The property has historically been utilized as a tractor and agricultural sales facility (230 North <br /> Stockton Street;APN 043-085-21)and an automotive repair facility(235 North Washington Street; <br /> APN 043-085-20). During a brief reconnaissance of the properties, two in-ground clarifiers were <br /> identified. One clarifier is located east of the former tractor sales facility and appears to have been <br /> abandoned by filling with concrete.
