It shall be a condition of approval for the applicant to notify <br /> the District in writing with respect to the actual date of <br /> construction/grading one week prior to said activities. The <br /> applicant should use file no. DP-91-42 in the communication to the <br /> District and under the attention of the planning section if and <br /> when construction and/or grading is implemented. <br /> 6. Mitigation measures on air quality for reducing vehicle miles <br /> traveled, including park & ride lots, car-pooling, bike paths, <br /> access to regional transit system are recommended. <br /> 7 . The applicant should give consideration in the appropriate <br /> places for the ingress/egress access points to alleviate any <br /> potential mobile pollution problems, i.e. idling autos accessing <br /> the streets. <br /> The District appreciates the opportunity to comment on the <br /> application.
