Standard Conditions for Grading Excavations, Section 9-3453 <br /> of the County Ordinance Code. <br /> 2 . Standard Conditions of the Local Health District: <br /> a. No excavation may be permitted into the ground water <br /> table without approval from the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board, Central Valley Region. <br /> b. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited <br /> into any water course nor in any way contribute to the <br /> pollution thereof. <br /> c . Adequate dust control measures shall be employed. <br /> d. Potable water supply for employees shall be provided. <br /> e. Chemical toilets shall be provided for employees . <br /> Toilets must be maintained in a clean and sanitary <br /> manner . <br /> f . Handwashing facilities .must be provided near chemical <br /> toilets . <br /> 3 . On completion of the excavation, the applicant shall retain <br /> a registered civil engineer or licensed land surveyor who <br /> shall certify compliance of the final grades with the <br /> approved permit. <br /> 4 . A 10 ' setback and 4:1 side slope shall be provided along <br /> Mc Kinley Avenue. <br /> 5 . The excavation permit shall expire two (2 ) years from the <br /> date of approval. <br /> 6 . Topsoil shall be stockpiled and respread over the excava- <br /> tion final surface to a depth of one foot (11 ) unless a <br /> soils report indicates that replacement of the topsoil <br /> would not enhance the agricultural suitability of the <br /> property. <br />
