No soil removal or <br /> remediation is required as PB-1 received high quality disinfected tertiary recycled water. <br /> Over the last five years, compliance wells have observed general declining <br /> concentration trends for total dissolved solids (TDS) and nitrate, indicating the discharge <br /> of recycled water to the basin has not impacted beneficial uses of groundwater. <br />
