Nuel C. Henderson,Jr. and Jeffrey Wong represented E14D at the <br /> May 15,2003 meeting. This letter summarizes the meeting. <br /> Raymond and Brian Greer informed EHD that they have retained the services of ATC as their new <br /> consultant for the investigation and clean-up of the contamination on the site. EHD agreed with <br /> ATC that the vapor extraction pilot study,as proposed in Workplan Addendum,prepared by BSK& <br /> Associates (BSK),dated August 28, 1999 and Addendum to Workplan,dated September 30,1999 is <br /> outdated since no quarterly sampling has been conducted at the site since the second quarter of <br /> 2001. Also,additional monitoring wells and vapor wells have been installed since 1999, that the <br /> work plans have not incorporated. <br /> ATC agreed to EHD's request to sample both monitoring wells and the domestic well on site,and <br /> the domestic well on the adjacent property toward the north,beginning May 19,2003. ATC will <br /> redevelop the monitoring wells as necessary. Due to the threat posed by the contamination plume to <br /> the existing domestic well,groundwater migratory control is paramount. At the meeting,E14D <br /> requested a work plan for an interim remediation feasibility study be submitted within one month. <br /> The deadline to submit this work plan to EHD is set at June 27,2003 by this letter.
