(WHF),WHF noted <br /> that a work plan for a soil vapor extraction pilot study at the above-referenced site had been <br /> submitted to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) by your <br /> previous consultant,BSK&Associates (BSK),under the titles Workplan Addendum, dated <br /> August 28, 1999 and Addendum to Workplan dated September 30, 1999. Both work plans had <br /> been previously approved by EHD. The proposed vapor extraction pilot study has not been <br /> conducted to date. <br /> You are hereby directed to implement this approved work by May 5, 2003. <br /> t <br /> The last quarterly sampling report received by EHD was Quarterly Groundwater Sampling ort <br /> dated July 26,2001, for the second quarter of 2001. According to California Code of <br /> Regulations Title 23,Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2652 (d) you are required to"submit <br /> reports to the local agency ... every three months or more frequently as specified by the agency." You are <br /> directed to reinitiate quarterly sampling of all monitoring wells and the domestic well no later <br /> than April 30, 2003,and submit a report of findings to this office within 45 days of each <br /> quarterly monitoring event. Please prepare and submit contamination concentrations <br /> contour maps, a table with analytical results from each monitoring well, organized <br /> chronologically,in all quarterly reports.
