In a letter dated March 10,2000,PHS/EHD <br /> directed the proposed work be commenced no later than April 5,2000. <br /> In a telephone conversation on March 31,2000,Mr.Greer informed this office that both he and his consultant <br /> BSK had been experiencing difficulties in obtaining permission to drill on the site's neighboring properties. Mr. <br /> Greer further expressed that Mrs.Wanda Veldstra has been reluctant to permit the proposed work to take place <br /> at the site. PHS/EHD informed Mr.Greer that if the proposed work failed to be tamed out by April 5,2000, <br /> a meeting will be scheduled at this office for Mr.Greer,and Wanda and Albert Veldstra for the purpose of <br /> working out differences obstructing the proposed work from taking place. The proposed work has not <br /> commenced to date. <br /> If the proposed work is not commenced within 14 days of this letter,you will be required to explain why <br /> PHS/EHD directives were not followed in a meeting. This meeting is currently scheduled for May 15,2000 at <br /> 9 a.m.in the conference room,304 East Weber Avenue,3d Floor,Stockton.
