• 27; concerning the permit fet At that time I asked if ther0was an additional charge
ab6v6 the $89. The site is in the LOP program so there shouldn't be, right? In todays
email you say there is an additional charge. Can you please tell me where I am
interpreting things incorrectly.
Is it because the site refers to Ranch Market only, not the adjoining properties? Also,
if the additional amount exists what it is, 294 or 383?
Does it apply to all 5 sites including Ranch Market. Or, to four sites, excluding Ranch
Market?
Yes we got the access agreement from all owners and encroachment permit from City right of
way. They are all attached to the permits. So the locations go back to the original
plan. However, we don't know till we clear each location where exactly it will fall on
the ground, so the map in only a guessestimate as to location. As the workplan said, it
will be real time in the field. Each location will depend on the previous location. Wee
estimate 14 locations and we estimate the position.
The City of Riverbank owns the road to their sewage treatment plant and the Park The map
I supplied was from the County assessor in Stockton and shows ownership to the City of
Riverbank. I also went to Stockton, in person, and clarified that with the assessor. I
also went to City of Riverbank Public
Works and clarified, in person, with them also. The hangup was that
until
I had to go out to each and together we examined the records, neither had ever thought
about it.
Thanks,
Rick Dreessen
Senior Geologist
Geocon Consultants, Inc.
-----Original Message-----
From: Mike Infurna [EH] [mailto:MInfurna@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Tuesday, May 06, 2008 8:06 AM
To: Richard Dreessen
Subject: RE: Ranch Market Drilling Permits
$89 per applic/per parcel
-----Original Message-----
From: Richard Dreessen [mailto:dreessen@geoconinc.com]
Sent: Monday, May 05, 2008 4:30 PM
To: Mike Infurna [EH]
Subject: Ranch Market Drilling Permits
I have all documents needed for the applications. However, just wanted to make sure.
Since this site is in the LOP program (?) , there is no inspection fee of $294 dollars?
Just the $89 per parcel? I am getting separate checks for each property so each check for
$89?
Will ask corporate to cut checks as soon as I here back from you.
Thanks,
P.S. All drinking water wells tested ND for the 2nd Quarter. Report is in review and
should be out momentarily.
Rick Dreessen
3
