You have submitted groundwater laboratory data from <br /> January 23, 1998 from only your site's private well. By not obtaining groundwater samples from <br /> the private drinking water wells at the houses surrounding your site,you have failed to comply <br /> with directives issued by PHS-EHD. <br /> In order to discuss your continued failure to comply with directives issued by PHS-EHD, a meeting <br /> has been scheduled for September 21, 1999 at loam in room 307 at PHS-EHD. Please plan on <br /> bringing any laboratory data that you have for this site that you may obtain between now and the <br /> time of the meeting.
