Santa Fe Rd. <br /> Riverbank, CA., 95367 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) <br /> has reviewed the January 23, 1998 "Phase II Environmental Site Investigation" report <br /> submitted by Arrowhead Consultants on April 8, 1998 and has the following comments. <br /> High concentrations of petroleum were detected in the soil and groundwater samples <br /> obtained during the January 1998 subsurface investigation in the former underground <br /> tank (UGT) pit. PHS-EHD will require the site to be investigated further. <br /> A workplan that proposes the placement of monitoring wells around the UGT pit and the <br /> collection of soil samples from throughout the site is to be submitted to PHS-EHD.
