TECHNICAL REPORTING ORD • -6- <br /> RANCH MARKET UST SITE <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 5. The Dischargers shall submit quarterly hard-copy monitoring reports to the Central Valley Water <br /> Board which shall be received by the 30th day of the first month following the end of each <br /> quarter during which samples were collected (i.e. by 30 April, 30 July, 30 October and 30 <br /> January) until such time as the Executive Officer determines that the reports are no longer <br /> necessary. <br /> 6. All reports must follow the Appendix A - Reports, Tri-Regional Recommendations for Preliminary <br /> Investigation and Evaluation of Underground Storage Tank Sites (App idix A), which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part of this Order. Each monitoring report shall i tee following minimum <br /> information: <br /> a. A description and discussion of the groundwater s in t and results, including <br /> trends in the concentrations of pollutants and gro ater a ons in the wells, how <br /> and when samples were collected, and wheth a Ilutant p s) is delineated. <br /> b. Field logs that contain, at a minimum, wat uality parameters me d before, during, <br /> and after purging, method of purging, d of wate volume of wate ed tc. <br /> c. Groundwater contour maps for all gr n zone pplicable. <br /> r <br /> d. Isocontour pollutant concentration maps for dwater zones, if applicable. <br /> e. A table showing well constrion details such as umber, groundwater zone being <br /> monitored, coordinates (long nd latitude), gro urface elevation, reference <br /> elevation, elevation of screen, of bentonite, of filter pack, and <br /> elevation of well bottom. <br /> f. A table showing historical lateral d ve e) flow directions and gradients. <br /> g. Cumulatives containing ater quall nalytical results and depth to <br /> groundwa:t . <br /> h. A copy�if. a laborat analytical dat port. <br /> :l <br /> i. If applicable'' tat U ongoing ediation, including cumulative information on <br /> t ass of po r subsurface, system operating time, the <br /> s of ediatio m, and any field notes pertaining to the operation <br /> and m ce d stem. <br /> If applicable, ea so d duration of all interruptions in the operation of any <br /> remediation s and dons planned or taken to correct and prevent interruptions. <br />
