Chronology, Ranch Market page 3 23569 Santa Fe Rd, Riverbank/Escalon July 2011 03/08/2000 Date of the CUF's new claim (#015211) assigned to Huda & Durhim Gubary as priority"B". 04/01/2000 Secor Consulting replaces Arrowhead as consultant for the site. 07/01/2000 Monitoring wells MW-5D, MW-5, and MW-6 through MW-9 installed on and off-site under EHD permit. 09/01/2000 Six SVE wells and one IAS well installed at site under CVRWQCB lead oversight. 10/01/2000 Secor conducts two day SVE/IAS pilot test on-site. EHD letters continue to be returned to the EHD as undeliverable. 12/27/2000 Replacement domestic well installed at Pantoya property under EHD permit. Well previously designated "DW-2" and was impacted by Ranch Market's MtBE release. 01/11/2001 Old Pantoya (adjacent landowner-home) domestic well, "DW-2" properly destroyed under EHD permit. 03/26/2001 Date the CVRWQCB approves Secor's March 2, 2001 Final Remediation Plan (FRP). 05/13/2002 Date the CVRWQCB approves Secor's Work Plan for Remedial Approach and Well Installation, dated May 2, 2002. Many additional SVE and ozone sparge wells installed. 07/01/2002 Site posted for Public Participation in preparation of FRP. 10/17/2002 Adrienne Ellsaesser, EHD Public Water Supervisor issues directive letter notified RP of Ranch Market "CURFFL" well has been exceeded for nitrates. 11/18/2002 Adrienne Ellsaesser, EHD Public Water Supervisor issues directive letter concerning elevated nitrate concentrations in Ranch Market's only drinking water/market use water well. Replacement well required if store to be allowed to continue food sales. 02/05/2003 Date of Secor letter advising new consultant, Geocon Consultanting will be replacing Secor. 12/08/2003 Free product gasoline discovered in MW-3. EHD requires immediate removal and weekly monitoring of MW-3. 02/26/2004 EHD resumes lead agency status at site as the CVRWQCB changes policy and advises RPs in correspondence dated this date. 03/04/2004 US Mail to all three RPs continues to be returned to the EHD with US Mail notice as "undeliverable".
