• <br /> Chronology, Ranch Market page 4 <br /> 23569 Santa Fe Rd, Riverbank/Escalon July 2011 <br /> 10/11/2004 Ranch Market domestic well properly destroyed this date under EHD <br /> permit. <br /> 06/15/2005 Date of EHD correspondence denying Geocon's Groundwater Monitoring <br /> and Remedial Status Report dated May 2005 to replace ozone <br /> groundwater injection with ORC soil injection. The EHD requires an <br /> evaluation of feasibility and comparative estimated costs. <br /> 09/21/2005 EHD approves Phase I of Geocon's Interim Alternative Remedial Action <br /> Plan (TRAP) dated August 10, 2005 to conduct a DPE five day pilot test <br /> and denies Phase II to inject PermeOx into the soil until it can be shown <br /> the subsurface is oxygen deficient and the use of the product is cost- <br /> effective. <br /> 01/06/2006 EHD approves Geocon's Soil Vapor Extraction Rebound Test Work Plan, <br /> dated November 15, 2005. <br /> 06/21/2006 Date of the EHD comment letter to Geocon's Report of Alternative <br /> Remedial Action dated March 2006. The EHD concurs that DPE is not <br /> economically feasible and approves MW-3 being added to SVE system. <br /> Destruction of all but two SVE wells not approved by the EHD. The EHD <br /> also advises the RP that many Geotracker submittals are missing and to <br /> update the ESI database immediately. <br /> 09/24/2007 Date of the EHD work plan approval letter to Geocon's Additional Work <br /> Plan dated August 23, 2007 to install 14 membrane interface probes <br /> (MIP) on and off-site. <br /> 05/19/2008 Date of the CUF 5-year evaluation/2008 for site. CUF recommends the <br /> END direct the RP to discontinue SVE operations and to continue to <br /> monitor the wells at the site for full year hydrologic cycle. <br /> 06/09/2008 Date of the EHD letter to the RP directing termination of the SVE system <br /> at the site. <br /> 08/04/2008 MIP installations begin today. <br /> 05/05/2009 Date of the CUF 5-year/2009 site evaluation. CUF recommends the EHD <br /> direct the RP to submit documents to Geotracker and that the EHD <br /> evaluate the site for closure. <br /> 06/08/2009 Date of the EHD multi-site response letter to the CUF. The EHD advises <br /> that closure review cannot be completed without an evaluation of the MIP <br /> data that has not been submitted. <br /> 07/27/2009 Date of the EHD letter to RP conforming to State Resolution #2009-0042 <br /> to reduce groundwater monitoring and reporting to semi-annual. <br />
