DW-2 We0 Destruction Work Pian 2 <br /> Ranch Market—Riverbank 23569 South Santa Fe Road,Riverbank,CA December 8,2000 <br /> Well Destruction Field Work <br /> SECOR will supervise the destruction of domestic well DW-2 following the California Well <br /> Standards Bulletin 74-90 Part III, Section 19 and 23 and the San Joaquin County PHSEHD Well <br /> Standards 13.17. Prior to starting the well destruction work, the depth to bottom of casing will <br /> be measured in the well to insure no obstructions are present. <br /> Gregg Drilling will destroy the 61/4-inch well to a depth of 60 feet below ground surface (bgs)by <br /> perforating, or ripping, the casing from depth to top of casing. The perforation tool operated with <br /> cables down the hole and designed to cut the casing vertically with a knife approximately every <br /> 12 inches. After casing perforation, Gregg will fill the well full of grout, remove the top five feet <br /> of casing, install a mushroom cap, and backfill the top three feet with soil.
