Revised Work Plan For Soil and Groundwater Assessment 2 <br /> Ranch Market,23569 South Santa Fe Road,Riverbank,California April 25,2000 <br /> • Well completion information for the domestic wells DM-1 and DM-2 to be <br /> determined by running a down hole video camera into each well. <br /> • Sensitive receptor survey to identify all wells (municipal, domestic, agricultural, <br /> and industrial), surface water bodies, schools, and other sensitive receptors <br /> located within 2,000 feet of the Site boundary; <br /> • Field reconnaissance to identify all wells (municipal, domestic, agricultural, and <br /> industrial), surface water bodies, schools, and other sensitive receptors located <br /> within 500 feet of the Site boundary; <br /> • Quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling of the Site related wells and <br /> three domestic wells; <br /> • Monthly sampling of domestic well DM-1; <br /> • Analyses of soil samples for MtBE.using EPA method 8260; and <br /> • Analyses of groundwater samples for fuel oxygenates (MtBE, DIPE, ETBE, <br /> TAME, and TBA) and fuel additives 1,2-DCA and EDB. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> The Site is located at the Southeastern intersection of Santa Fe Road and Henry Road in <br /> Riverbank, California(Figure 1). Facilities onsite consist of a single story brick building with <br /> a septic tank and leach field.
