CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> DC-89-1 <br /> Marvin Webe <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the issuance of any building permits . <br /> DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> 1 . The frontage improvements for Mokelumne Street shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the adopted Specific Road Plan <br /> for Woodbridge and shall conform to and coordinate with the <br /> improvements required by Use Permit UP-89-28 . <br /> 2 . The storm drain on Mokelumne Street shall be extended and <br /> shall conform to the requirements of Use Permit UP-89-25 . The <br /> parcel shall connect to the public water system, and shall <br /> annex to the Mokelumne Acres Maintenance District for <br /> operation and maintenance of the storm drain and water <br /> system. (Annexation into Mokelumne Acres Maintenance District <br /> has already been initiated . ) <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1 . Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required . A letter from the water supplier will be required <br /> stating that they have the capacity to serve the development <br /> and that the system meets State standards . <br /> 2 . Connection to a public sewer syster. is required . A will serve <br /> letter is required from the sewer district stating that they <br /> have the capacity to serve the proposed project . <br /> WOODBRIDGE RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT <br /> 1 . A fire hydrant shall be installed near the driveway going into <br /> the parcel . <br /> 2 . An engineered plan showing mains , valves and hydrants shall be <br /> submitted to this office for approval prior to installation. <br /> 3 . Roofing material shall be of a noncombustible type in order to <br /> minimize fire hazard ( tile or a class "A" roof ) . <br /> NOTE : A copy of the letter received from the District is <br /> enclosed for your review. <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> 1 . The applicant shall submit a Revised Site Plan for review and <br /> approval . It shall include all information required in the <br /> Planning Division Conditions of Approval . <br />
