g. A total of eight (8) automobile parking spaces shall be provided and shown on the Improvement Plan. Parking spaces shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a dust-free surface. The size and location of the parking spaces shall be consistent with the requirements of Chapter 9-1015 of the Development Title and be included on the Improvement Plan. One of the required parking spaces shall be designated for handicapped parking and shall meet the requirements of Section 9- 1015.10 of the Development Title. h. A maximum of one (1) advertising sign shall be permitted as a part of this approval. Details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and shall be included on the Improvement Plan. i. Any outdoor trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with solid masonry walls on three sides and gated on the fourth side. Details shall be included on the Improvement Plan and be installed prior to approval of the Improvement Plan and issuance of the Business License. (Development Title Section 9-1020.8{e}) j. The trailer on the property shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 9-893 of the Development Title, regarding Mobile Homes, prior to the issuance of the Business License. 2. An approved permit for use of the above-ground fuel tank and dispensing system shall be required from the District prior to approval of the Improvement Plan and issuance of the Business License.
