g. A total of eight (8) automobile parking spaces shall be provided and shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. Parking spaces shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with <br /> base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to <br /> provide a dust-free surface. The size and location of the parking spaces shall be <br /> consistent with the requirements of Chapter 9-1015 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Improvement Plan. One of the required parking spaces shall be <br /> designated for handicapped parking and shall meet the requirements of Section 9- <br /> 1015.10 of the Development Title. <br /> h. A maximum of one (1) advertising sign shall be permitted as a part of this approval. <br /> Details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and shall be <br /> included on the Improvement Plan. <br /> i. Any outdoor trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with solid masonry walls on three <br /> sides and gated on the fourth side. Details shall be included on the Improvement Plan <br /> and be installed prior to approval of the Improvement Plan and issuance of the Business <br /> License. (Development Title Section 9-1020.8{e}) <br /> j. The trailer on the property shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 9-893 of the <br /> Development Title, regarding Mobile Homes, prior to the issuance of the Business <br /> License. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> See the attached memo from Public Works dated September 14, 1993. <br /> 3. SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY UNIFIED AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> a. An approved permit for use of the above-ground fuel tank and dispensing system shall <br /> be required from the District prior to approval of the Improvement Plan and issuance of <br /> the Business License. <br /> NOTE: On September 28, 1993,the San Joaquin County Community Development Department Approved <br /> SA-93-22, subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - SA-93-33 <br />
