Final Rernedtation Plan Page 5 <br /> Ranch Market 23569 South Santa Fe Road Riverbank CA February 28 2001 <br /> • On July 24, 2000, SECOR advanced two continuous core soil borings, SB-1 and SB-2, <br /> to 70 feet bgs to define the lithology and vertical impacts to soil <br /> • On August 8-11, 2000, SECOR oversaw the installation of MW-5D and MW-5 <br /> through MW-9 to define the vertical and lateral extent of soil and groundwater <br /> impacted with gasoline released from the former UST at the Site The 3`d Quarter <br /> monitoring and sampling event of the 10 groundwater monitoring wells was conducted <br /> on August 16, 2000 <br /> • A report was submitted by SECOR entitled Evaluation of Potable Water Sources, <br /> dated August 18, 2000 to the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (SJCEHD) and the RWQCB <br /> • September 6, 2000 SECOR attends meeting with RWQCB, SJCEHD, SWRCB UST <br /> Cleanup Fund to review the assessment results and plans for the supply of potable <br /> water to the Pantoja Property <br /> • A work plan was submitted by SECOR entitled Work Plan For Well Installation and <br /> Feasibility Testing, dated September 13, 2000 to the RWQCB <br /> • A report was submitted by SECOR entitled Additional Evaluation of Potable Water <br /> Sources, dated September 14, 2000 to the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (SJCEHD) and the RWQCB The report <br /> recommended replacement of well DW-2 with a new well as most economic means to <br /> supply water to Pantoja Property <br /> • On September 21 and 22, 2000, SECOR oversaw the installation of air sparge well <br /> AS-1 and six soil vapor extraction wells, V-1 through V-6 through and adjacent to the <br /> former tank pit at the Site <br /> • On October 2 and 3, 2000, SECOR conducted a soil vapor and air sparge feasibility <br /> test using the six soil vapor extraction wells and one air sparge well A summary of <br /> the soil vapor extraction/air sparge (SVEIAS) feasibility test results is presented in <br /> Section 3 0 of this report <br /> • On November 16, 2000, SECOR conducted the 4th Quarter monitoring and sampling <br /> event using the 10 groundwater monitoring wells and three domestic wells <br /> • A work plan prepared by SECOR entitled DW-2 Well Destruction Work Plan, dated <br /> December It, 2000 was submitted to the SJCEHD <br /> • From December 20th, 2000 until January 5, 2001, Bradley Drilling installed the <br /> replacement well DW-2R on the Pantoja property On January 18, 2001, SECOR met <br /> with Mr Infurna with SJCEHD and well DW-2R was connected to the home on the <br /> Pantoja Property <br /> File FRP report doc SECOR International incorporated <br />
