• Dornestic Well Installation Report(DW 2R) 5 <br /> Ranch Market,23564 south Santa Fe Road,Riverbank CA February 1,2001 <br /> The third confirmation groundwater samples collected from DW-2R on January 11, 2001, did not <br /> contain toluene at concentrations above the laboratory-reporting limit of 0 50 ppb The sample <br /> was reported to contain chloroform at a concentration of 12 0 ppb, well below the California's <br /> Department of Health Services MCL of 100 ppb <br /> WELL CONNECTION <br /> The presence of chloroform in the water appears to be the result of disinfecting the water, gravel <br /> pack material, and pump assembly in the well After review of the data, Mr Infurna with the <br /> SJCEHD gave SECOR a verbal approval to connect the water line from well DW-2R into the <br /> main water line of the Pantoja Property <br /> On January 18, 2001, SECOR met with Mr Infuma with SJCEHD for the final inspection of <br /> well DW-2R The water service from the Aero Pure Water supply tank was disconnected and the <br /> water valve was opened, allowing DW-2R to supply water to the home on the Pantoaa Property <br /> On January 25, 2001, Bradley extended the temporary water connection at the front of the house <br /> to the main water valve, located at the north side of the house <br /> CONCLUSIONS <br /> Per the requirements of the SJCEHD and the RWQCB, replacement well DW-2R was <br /> successfully installed and is supplying water to the residents on the Pantoja Property located at <br /> 23565 South Santa Fe Road, Riverbank, CA Water samples collected from the newly installed <br /> well document that no BTEX, TPHg, oxygenates, 1,2-DCA, or EDB are present in water a <br /> concentration above the laboratory reporting limits In addition, the water sample collected from <br /> well DW-2R does not contain nitrate as NO3 or nitrite as nitrogen at concentrations above the <br /> California's Department of Health Services maximum contaminant levels <br /> Although SECOR contracted and oversaw the installation of the well, the property owner, Mr <br /> Juan Pantoja is the sole owner of the well As the well owner, Mr Pantoja is now responsible for <br /> the operation and maintenance of well DW-2R on the property located at 23565 South Santa Fe <br /> Road in Riverbank, CA <br /> File DW-2 Destruct doe <br />
