The estimated costs for the well
repair and treatment system installation are presented in Attachment 4
System O&M and Carbon Change Out-The budget assumes bi-weekly collection of water
samples from three points influent sample port, after Carbon#1, and after Carbon#3 The water
samples will be analyzed for BTEX,TPHg,oxygenates, 1,2-DCA, and EDB using EPA method
8260B Assuming a carbon consumption rate of 3 pounds per day,MtBE break through of the
first carbon canister would occur after 66 days of system operation The budget assumes the one
carbon canister will be replaced every two months
Quarterly System O&M Reports-The budget assumes the water samples results and a
summary of the system operation and maintenance will be included in the quarterly groundwater
inonitonng and sampling reports
File Ranch Markc(TotwaterSourcc-I Itr doc
