Domestic Well Video Survey Report 2 <br /> Ranch Market 23559 Santa Fe Road Riverbank California May 23 2000 <br /> residence located at 23565 S Santa Fe Road Due to water use by the two parties, Aero Pure <br /> Water Company refilled the tank several times <br /> On May 16, 2000, SECOR directed WWDC in the removal of the pumps from domestic wells <br /> DW-1 and DW-2 (Attachment 3) The pump in well DW-1 was set at 65 feet below grade <br /> surface (bgs) and the well bottom was tagged at 70 feet 10 inches bgs The pump in well DW-2 <br /> was set at 40 feet and the bottom of the well was tagged at approximately 58 feet bgs Mr Mike <br /> Infurna with the SJCEHD was present during the removal of the pumps from the two wells <br /> Down Hole Video Well Logging <br /> On May 16, 2000 SECOR observed Welenco performing the down hole video survey of wells <br /> DW-1 and DW-2 Mr Marty Hartzell was also on site to observe the logging event Referring <br /> to Welenco field notes included as Attachment 3, the following observations were made <br /> concerning the two wells <br /> Well DW-1 Total Depth 70 feet bgs, <br /> Screen Vertical slots from 60 to 70 feet bgs <br />• Possible perforations at 57 feet bgs <br /> Casing 5 75-inch diameter, no holes in casing observed <br /> Casing Joints 42 feet and 47 feet <br /> Static Water Water was observed at 26 feet bgs <br /> Well DW-2 Total Depth 58 to 59 feet bgs, fill in casing <br /> Screen vertical slots from 57 to 59 feet bgs <br /> Casing 6 25-inch diameter, holes observed at 32 and 40 feet bgs <br /> Casing Joints 26 feet <br /> Static Water Water was observed at 27 feet bgs <br /> Scale was observed in both wells during the video logging Due to the scale build up found in <br /> well DW-1, WWDC was rescheduled to come out the next to clean the well out and before <br /> reinstallation of the pump in the well A copy of the videotapes from both wells was given to the <br />• RWQCB in the field on May 18, 2000 <br /> Re Rrverhnik Vxlwt. g rpt doc <br />
