Domestic Well Video Survey Report 3 <br /> Ranch Market,23569 Santa Fe Road,Riverbank,California may 23 2000 <br /> Pump Re-installation <br /> On May 19, 2000, WWDC used a soft wire brush to remove the scale from the well casing The <br /> well was balled and then pumped out to remove the suspended sediments from the well The <br /> pump was reinstalled to a depth of 65 feet bgs and brought back online WWDC personnel <br /> reported the water was free of sediment and flowing clear Water service from the well was <br /> restored to the Ranch Market and the residence located at 23565 South Santa Fe Road <br /> Due to the presence of MtBE in water samples collected from DW-2, the pump was not re- <br /> installed in the well An expansion cap was secured to the well-head following completion of <br /> the video survey work <br /> Future Work <br /> Future work planned for the third quarter 2000 include the following tasks <br /> • Continued quarterly monitoring and sampling at the subject site <br /> • Continue monthly sampling of domestic well DW-1, located on the Ranch Market <br /> property <br /> • Prepare bid packages to complete the assessment project approved by the RWQCB Per <br /> the discussion with the RWQCB on May 18, 2000, the continuous core soil boring <br /> originally planned to be 140 feet deep will now be drilled to a depth of 75 feet bgs The <br /> shallower depth may allow the use of a dual cased direct-push ng verses the mud rotary <br /> ng specified in the work plan <br /> • In response to the SJCEH letter dated April 26, 2000, SECOR will repair the existing <br /> groundwater monitoring well boxes, have one water sample collected from well DW-1 <br /> analyzed for the Community Water Well analytical suite, and prepare a work plan for <br /> securing a potable water supply for the residence located at 23565 S Santa Fe Road The <br /> work will be started when the budget submitted to the State Water Resources Control <br /> Board, UST Cleanup Fund Program is pre-approved <br /> Professional Review <br /> This document has been prepared by SECOR International Incorporated (SECOR) and has been <br /> reviewed by the Pnncipal(s) and/or staff whose seal(s) and signature(s) appear hereon <br /> The findings, interpretations, recommendations, specifications or professional opinions are <br /> presented, within the limits prescribed by the client, in accordance with generally accepted <br />• professional geologic and engineering practice at the time of preparation There is no other <br /> warranty either expressed or implied <br /> He Riverbank VYleologI rpt doc <br />
