We have been unable to reach you in person and have not received any response to <br /> messages we left, so we are requesting clarification by means of this letter. <br /> Ms. Aquaro has agreed that we should proceed with groundwater sampling this quarter based <br /> on the schedule established at the 12 January 1996 meeting.
