PHS/EHD agreed that it would be acceptable to dispose of <br /> all generated cuttings following the next drilling activity. <br /> Summary <br /> Once the extent of soil and groundwater contamination has been defined a corrective action <br /> plan will be prepared pursuant to California Code of Regulations Title 23, Division 3, Chapter <br /> 16 Article 11 to evaluate soil and groundwater contamination so that the most cost effective <br /> remedial alternative may be determined. <br /> Once again, PHS/EHD appreciates all your recent efforts to comply with regulatory directives <br /> and anticipates progress will continue in a cooperative manner.
