To date the work plan for additional investigation <br /> has not been received. <br /> If the requested work plan is not submitted within 14 days of the date of this letter, formal enforcement <br /> action may be initiated. <br /> Also, note that quarterly monitoring reports are recognized as the minimum reporting requirement. The <br /> last quarterly report which was submitted was dated February 2, 1994. Quarterly sampling should be <br /> scheduled immediately.
