Advancement of three cone penetrometor test(CPT) borings for assessment of the vertical extent of the contaminant <br /> plume. Total depth of the borings will be 125-feet below surface grade. Grab groundwater samples will be collected <br /> from targeted permeable intervals. <br /> 2. Collected groundwater samples will be analyzed for TPI-Ig,TPHd,BTEX,MtBE and oxygenated fuel additives, <br /> 12-dichloroethane and ethylene dibromide by appropriate EPA approved methods outlined in the work plan. <br /> 3. Performance of an 8-hour soil vapor extraction(SVE)pilot test. Test procedures are outlined in the workplan. <br /> 4. Preparation of a report of findings upon completion of all fieldwork <br /> CONRYIENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. SVE pilot test will be performed on well SVE-2,not SVE-3 as stated in the work plan. <br /> 2. Submit to PHSIEHD a revised figure 2 showing the proposed locations of the CPT soil borings. <br /> 3. Submit to PHSIEHD a San Joaquin County well permit application and required$89.00 permit fee.. <br /> 4. The report of findings must be submitted to PHSIEHD within sixty days following completion of all fieldwork <br /> 5.
