The report of this well <br /> installation was to be included in a Problem Assessment Report (PAR). You were <br /> directed to submit these reports to SJC/EHD no later than August 27, 2004. <br /> The reports have not been received by SJC/EHD. Please submit the reports within <br /> fourteen days of the date of this letter, or this site may be referred to the Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, (CVRWQCB)for enforcement action. <br /> Furthermore, in correspondence dated June 17, 2002, SJCIEHD directed you to include <br /> in the work plan for the monitoring well installation a plan to conduct further feasibility <br /> testing. Your consultant,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE), recommended in <br /> their May 16, 2002 "Soil Vapor Extraction Pilot Test Report" that further feasibility testing <br /> should be conducted at this site.
