Construction of a public water supply well under permit and insDection by <br /> the Local Health District. Public wells are sub,iect to a yearly permit, <br /> environmental health fee and inspection by the Local Health District. <br /> 2. Destroy or Droperly seal the abandoned well lunder permit and inspection <br /> by the Local Health District. <br /> 3. All underground irrigation lines must be completly destroyed Drior to <br /> development. <br /> 4. This tentative division of land shall meet the Rules and Regulations of <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. A percolation test and a minimum <br /> sewage disposal area are required for Local Health District approval . A <br /> permit for the percolation test from the Health District is required. <br /> 5. Percolation tests shall be performed on at least 1/3 of the proposed parcels. <br /> Any rates found to be greater than 60 minutes per inch will require test on <br /> each parcel . Those parcels which are found to have percolation rates greater <br /> than 60 minutes per inch shall conduct percolation test at depths greater <br /> than 36 inches to a maximum of 25 feet.
