Construction of a public water supply well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Local Health District. Public wells are subject to a yearly permit, environmental <br /> health fee and inspection by the Local Health District. <br /> 2. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Local Health District. <br /> 3. All underground irrigation lines must be completely destroyed prior to development. <br /> 4. This tentative division of alnd shall meet the Rules and Regulations of San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance No. 549. A percolation test and a minimum sewage disposal area are <br /> required for Local Health District approval . A permit for the percolation test from the <br /> Health District is required. <br /> 5. Percolation tests shall be performed on at least 1/3 of the proposed parcels. Any rates <br /> found to be greater than 60 minutes per inch will require test on each parcel . Those <br /> parcels which are found to have percolation rates greater than 60 minutes per inch <br /> shall conduct percolation test at depths greater than 36 inches to a mazimum of 25 feet. <br /> A percolation rate of no greater than 30 minutes per inch is required to develop the <br /> parcels using a conventional septic system. <br /> 6.
