j . Two ( 2 ) well systems with backup power for one of the <br /> wells is required. <br /> k. An emergency interconnect waterline shall be provided bet- <br /> ween the system of this development and the Wilkinson <br /> Manor Maintenance District system. <br /> 1 . A County Service Area shall be formed prior to acceptance <br /> of the final map to provide for the operation and main- <br /> tenance of the drainage system and domestic water system. <br /> 3 . Local Health District : <br /> a. Construct a public water supply well under permit and <br /> inspection by the Local Health District . <br /> b. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well under permit <br /> and inspection by the Local Health District . <br /> c. All underground irrigation lines must be completely <br /> destroyed prior to development . <br /> d. This subdivision shall meet the Rules and Regulations of <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . A percolation test <br /> and a minimum sewage disposal area are required for Local <br /> Health District approval . <br /> CeA Percolation tests shall be performed on'at least one-third <br /> of the proposed parcels. Any rates found to be greater <br /> than 60 minutes per inch will require a test on each par- <br /> cel . For those parcels which are found to have per- <br /> colation rates greater than 60 minutes per inch, a <br /> percolation test shall be conducted at depths greater than <br /> 36 inches to a maximum of 25 feet . A percolation rate of <br /> no greater than 30 minutes per inch is required to develop <br /> the parcels using a conventional septic system. <br /> f . A test well shall be constructed under permit and inspec- <br /> tion of the Local Health District , and water quality shall <br /> be shown to meet the domestic water quality requirements <br /> of Title 22 , and be approved by the Local Health District <br /> and the Department of Public Works prior to recordation of <br /> the final map. <br /> 4. Building Inspection Division: <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division <br /> prior to any excavation or filling of earth material . <br /> b. The grading plan shall contain the information in the <br /> U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 ( 1 ) . <br /> c. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable . <br /> Conditions of Approval - 3 - (SU-87-14) <br />
