J
 a
equal to or greater than the volume of each borehole being sealed. A nine inch layer of
quickrete topped by a three inch layer of asphalt patch was installed above the Portland
Cement column-for wells MW-1, MW-2 and MW-3, which had been installed within the
roadway. The top one foot of the vadose wells (VW-A and VW.-B) was completedby
installing quickrete only, as these wells had been located within the Lindsay Street sidewalk.
Water Well Driller Reports (WWDR's) have been completed for each of the wells and have
been forwarded to the Department of Water Resources in Sacramento, California.
Disposal Sampling
Since the wells were abandoned by pressure grouting to grade level, no debris was'generated
for disposal, therefore, no samples were collected for analytical testing.
Documentation
This letter report has been generated to document final closure activities at the site. Copies
of this letter report has been forwarded to the Regional Water Quality Control Boad, Central
Valley Region.
If you have any questions or comments regarding this letter report, please do not hesitate to
call me at (510) 372-5292.
Sincerely,
Y
RAels
Project Manager
Attachments
cc: Brandon Harris - Pacific Bell
Irene Soto - Pacific Bell
